Online Home searching and I've noticed houses that say ';special details';. What does that usually mean?

I've noticed that they seem to be updated, nice homes that are cheaper than others in the same neighborhood.

We are about a year away from buying our first home, and I am researching neighborhoods and haven't hired a real estate agent yet.

Does anyone have any insight as to why the lister would say ';Special Details'; in the description? Could that mean something like a murder or a violent crime happen there? Or perhaps it's something like the house has been in a fire and restored?

Special details could be referencing features of the home %26amp; there might be too many to mention them all in the listing marketing remarks. Like crown moulding, etc.

I would think if it were a matter of something that needed disclosing that might be a negative, they might say special disclosures, rather than special details.Online Home searching and I've noticed houses that say ';special details';. What does that usually mean?
could mean no sewer but septic,

it could mean grandfathered in unique

zoning; check it out

and when you search for a real estate agent

DO NOT accept any agent who has

listings. ONLY accept a BUYER';S exclusive

agent. If none are in your area,

then settle for a buyer's agent but do not

look at any of his office's listings and

do not NOT permit him-her to accept

a commission from the seller of a house

you buy. YOU pay the commission.
