It's a scam! I have reported them to be investigated. They have scammed tons of people already. So far they've scanned 100 people as of Thursday. RT Home Search...Is it truly no money down and take over payments?
Absolutely not.
Assumable mortgages are extinct in modern days. No bank is going to allow a mortgage to be transferred, particluarly today, without you meeting their new stricter lending criteria.
As they say, if it's too easy to believe, it cant be believed.
